  CIBEM is the meeting that brings together around 1,500 teachers, teachers in training, and researchers every four years to establish and strengthen ties between the Portuguese, Spanish, and Latin American mathematics education communities.
  
  The 10th CIBEM - Ibero-American Congress on Mathematics Education (CIBEM) from July 7-12 at CUCEI, convened by the Ibero-American Federation of Mathematics Education Societies (FISEM), is one of the most traditional international events in the field of mathematics education.
